Path to Becoming a Lord - Dion

The quest starts at Crosby, he says that you need to go to the Spell Book Seller Rouke in the Temple of Dion.
Rouke needs 100 Mandragora roots (dropped from Mandragora Blossoms, Mandragora Saplings and Mandragora Sprouts, which are located in the territory of Catacomb of the Heretic) and he also has other problems. Return to Crosby.
Crosby informs you that you need to check the shelter of the resistance force. Head to Mercenary Captain Sophya for more information.
Sophya sends you to kill Oel Mahums in the Fortress of Resistance districts. Kill Ol Mahum Shooters, Guerillas, Commanders, Captains and Lords until Bloody Ax Aide appears. Once you defeat him, take the Bloody Ax Black Epaulette. Return to Sophya.
Report to Sophya that the Bloody Ax hunters have been defeated.
Next to Crosby, and the man who collected Mandragora roots returns to Rouke when he finishes.
