L2 Info Hub Terms of Use

This document (the “Terms”) governs access to and use of the L2 Info Hub website (the “Site”) and constitutes a public offer to provide access to the Site features on the conditions below. By using the Site in any way, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.
1. Definitions
- User — any person visiting the Site.
- Account — a User’s account on the Site.
- Content — any materials published on the Site, including User Content.
- User Content — materials you submit: text, links, images, logos, reviews, server descriptions, and other data.
- Ranking — the Site section listing servers with voting/review features.
- Administration — the Site owner and/or authorized operators providing support, moderation, and management.
2. General
2.1. The Site provides informational materials on Lineage II (LA2)-related topics and user services (including server ranking, account cabinet, feedback forms, etc.).
2.2. The Administration may change Site features, UI, content rules, and these Terms without prior notice. The new version is effective upon publication.
2.3. If you disagree with the Terms, you must stop using the Site.
3. Registration and accounts
3.1. One User — one account. Multiple accounts for the same person or accounts to bypass blocks are prohibited.
3.2. You are responsible for credential confidentiality and for all actions taken through your account.
3.3. Display names, avatars, or profile elements must not:
- contain profanity, insults, humiliation, or threats;
- incite violence, extremism, or hatred;
- advertise or mislead about identity;
- infringe third-party rights (images, trademarks, branding).
4. Ranking content rules
4.1. Users listing servers must provide accurate information and must not mislead others.
4.2. The following is prohibited:
- malicious links, phishing, covert redirects, or attempts to obtain third-party credentials;
- pornography, graphic violence, or illegal materials;
- deliberately false project/server facts (launch, chronicle, rates, online, etc.) where it can affect user decisions;
- off-topic spam or aggressive promotion of unrelated services.
4.3. Moderation. The Administration may publish, reject, hide, or request changes to server cards, and adjust formatting while preserving meaning.
5. Voting, reviews, and fair play
5.1. Voting and reviews aim to reflect genuine user opinion.
5.2. Manipulation is prohibited, including bots, scripts, multiple accounts, mass sign-ups, impersonation, or other artificial influence on ranking.
5.3. The Administration may nullify votes/activity, restrict features, hide content, and/or block accounts for violations.
6. Prohibited content
6.1. You must not publish content that:
- harasses, threatens, defames, or spreads knowingly false statements;
- contains third-party personal data without consent (names, contacts, photos, chats, logs, etc.);
- is spam, flood, abusive referral linking, or formatting abuse;
- violates copyright or other third-party rights.
7. Paid features, banners, and tokens
7.1. The Site may offer paid features (banner placement and others) priced in internal tokens. Availability, pricing, and duration are shown in the interface.
7.2. Banners or creatives must not contain prohibited content, malware, or deceptive claims.
7.3. The Administration may refuse or stop placements for breaches of these Terms, legal requirements, or to protect users and infrastructure.
8. Rights in content and User responsibility
8.1. By posting User Content you confirm you have the rights and consents required.
8.2. You grant the Administration a simple, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use User Content for Site operation: storage, display, reproduction, technical processing, moderation, and removal.
9. Disclaimer
9.1. The Site is provided “as is”. The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free service, or accuracy of User Content.
9.2. The Administration is not responsible for third-party sites linked by users or ads.
9.3. The Administration is not liable for User losses arising from Site use or inability to use the Site, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
10. Governing law and requests
10.1. Relations are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation unless mandatory rules of another jurisdiction apply.
10.2. Content-related requests should be sent through available Site channels (including cabinet feedback where offered). We aim to respond within reasonable time.
11. Final provisions
11.1. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
11.2. Continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
